Shipping policy

We process and dispatch all orders across India to ensure your herbal formulations reach you fresh and securely packaged.

1. Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the following working day.

2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): Typically delivered within 3–5 business days post-dispatch.
- Rest of India: Delivered within 5–7 business days post-dispatch depending on local courier logistics and remote PIN codes.

3. Shipping Charges
- Orders of ₹599 and above: FREE shipping across all serviceable Indian PIN codes.
- Orders below ₹599: A standard flat shipping fee depending on location is applied at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across most serviceable locations in India. We may send a verification message via WhatsApp/SMS to confirm your address prior to dispatching COD parcels.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, a shipping confirmation containing your tracking URL and AWB number will be shared via email and SMS.
