Refund and Returns Policy

At Pravaha Herbalco, we take great care in creating and packaging our products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are only able to accept returns under the following circumstances:
You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong product.
The product was missing from your order.
The product was delivered in a leaked or unusable condition.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@herbalco.in with:

Photos of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your request, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Replacements
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
